30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, email support@envynutrition.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund the full purchase price. Opened bottles are covered. You do not need to send the product back.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). We process them within 3 business days of your email; your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show the credit.

Damaged or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged or with the wrong product, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost or refund you, your choice.

Cancellations

To cancel an order that has not shipped, email us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped are covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
